Daijob双语人才招聘★★★ SALES CONSULTANT (Potential-Experienced) ★★★ 工作内容 ◆ Key Responsibilities: Consulting Sales ◆・ Sales role for web-based job postings;・ Coordination for 「Daijob Go Global Career Fair」;・ Assisting with the hiring process for clients;・ Sales consulting for the hiring process.◆ Specific duties ◆(1) Through sales of Daijob services, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and supporting them until their hiring needs have been met.◇ Work flow ◇1-1. Contacting new and existing clients locally and internationally by making phone calls and/or e-mails;1-2. Client meeting: ascertain the hiring situation of the client and offer advise on how to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process;1-3. Follow ups: provide consultation and advise on how to produce effective job descriptions and how to attract high quality candidates. (2) Coordination for 「Daijob Go Global Career Fair」:We organize and administer the 「Daijob Go Global Career Fair」 4 times a year, which attracts over 1,000 bilingual visitors.(3) Assisting with the hiring process for clients:We arrange and coordinate CV screenings and interviews when necessary.(4) Sales consulting for the hiring process:We ascertain the hiring situation and provide the best solution.◆ As a part of Daijob.com ◆You will have a chance to engage with numerous foreign and global Japanese companies, putting you on the front line of the global business market.It is an especially significant and exciting role to support the hiring process of companies new to the Japanese market. In addition, the current initiative to expand into China and the website renewal project in our own department will make you feel like you are a part of global development. 应聘条件◆ Skills and experienced required ◆◇ At least 2 years of proven business experience in:・ Recruiting/Headhunting firms;・ Advertisement/Web-service agencies;・ HR, Recruitment consulting industries;・ Or proven equivalent/similar experience with above.◇ At least business or above level of Japanese (writing, reading, listening and speaking)◇ Ability to (or experience in) do business in Japanese independently.◇ At least business or above level of English or Chinese.◇ Other language abilities beside Japanese, English or Chinese are a big plus.◇ Being a self-motivated and organized strong team player.◆ Important Note ◆As all the interviews with aspiring candidates will be conducted in Japanese and English, please be sure to apply with both Japanese and English resumes. 英语能力 精通 日语能力 流利（日语能力考试1级或N1） 更多有关Daijob详情http://www.daijob.com/
