This role is responsible for understanding overall Procurement strategies that identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiencies and effectiveness. The daily responsibility includes: 1. Interface with sourcing to support their requests for new supplier setup, existing supplier profile management, blocked invoice handling & etc; 2. Understand client strategy & objectives and provide value-added procurement operation support in early engagement; 3. Develop and execute procurement strategy to achieve business results and support client success; 4. Develop, maintain and manage collaborative client relationship; 5. Seek out opportunities to introduce process improvements to drive efficiencies. Skill Requirement - Japanese fluently; - Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word is a must and Lotus Notes experience is a preference; • University degree or above, Commercial or Engineering discipline is a plus; - Working experience in Procurement and or foreign-owned enterprise is a plus.
